- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items must not be damaged, soiled, or altered.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Note: Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- We will provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the provided return address.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.
- Underwear, swimwear, or other items for hygiene reasons (unless defective).
